the confidential nature of the data provided by food service
distributors to IPS Rebates on enrolled organizations.
Pricing and sales data of member organizations is not shared with
competitive distributors, competitive customers, or competitive
manufacturers.
IPS Rebates may share purchasing information on enrolled organizations
with specific food manufacturers under contract with IPS Rebates on the
products that manufacturer produces as proof of purchase for rebate
payment purposes. |
